By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - GOVERNING LAW & DELIVERY TERRITORY
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer rights applicable under United Kingdom consumer protection regulations.
Our products are offered exclusively for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom (England). Orders placed with delivery addresses outside this territory will be canceled.

SECTION 3 - CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES (DDU)
All items shipped to the United Kingdom originate from international fulfillment points. For orders exceeding the UK customs threshold (£135 GBP), import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and clearance fees may be levied by UK Border Force / HMRC upon arrival. 
Orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. The customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or handling charges required for customs clearance.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
