REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

14-DAY RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, you must submit your request via our online Returns Portal or contact us at support@saintlyandco.com. Once your return is registered in the portal, you will receive full return instructions and shipping authorization.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We cover all return shipping costs. After registering your return in our portal, you will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label.

RETURN CONDITION
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Hygiene-sensitive items must remain sealed.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.
